Excellent service....easy to Track.....upto date Information ....

my package was supposed to be here yesterday at 1 p.m. in the afternoon April 24th well today is Sunday still haven't received my package but it left out on Wednesday and it's still at the Oak Park branch I am very disgusted with their services I will never have anything delivered from you guys ever again you can't even stick with the time you didn't gave me two times and never got here and still ain't got here

I haven’t received my package that was shipped 10 days ago. The frustrating part is that when I enter the tracking number fedex show it “in transit” with no other information

Gave me expected delivery date, been days past and still havent seen the package

Not sure why package cannot go straight to NY from NJ. Instead went from NJ to Ohio to PA?! This is a a long route after package was in NJ on 4/21 and was supposed to arrive today 4/25. Now I am not even given an estimated time of delivery at all. Very confuse as to why this is taking so long to get from NJ to NY?!

Every day for 2 weeks saying my package is being delayed in pa. Wow ordered from Wal-Mart in Tennessee what is it doing in pa is was to be a next day delivery. And can not even get a credit for it. Being ripped off in my account.

Completely unreliable. Keep telling me my parcel will be delivered on a certain date then letting me down. Parcel was then damaged another order made and once again not delivered on date given. Still waiting.

Unbelievable! They were the same before covid 19. Delivery after 10pm or not even until the next day even though website says different. Sorry but no excuse. Finally got delivery of packages today, left on the very outer perimeter of property where anyone could pick them up. Seriously, your clients are not even worth leaving them on porch and ringing the dang doorbell.? I will be ordering elsewhere from now on. They have been doing this for ever.

always delayed. Not nearly as good, efficient and punctual as UPS. even USPS is better than fedex

said it would be delivered on a specific day....tracked the package for 8 hours...8 hours and the location was NEVER updated

The mower isn't here, contact your delivery person and see where it is. Said it was delivered to the side door, and its not here !!!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with FedEx because the last 4 days in a row they delivered my packages to my neighbors house.After it happen the second time I was able to get in touch with them & I was told to make an account with FedEx & give instruction to my house.Wich I did.So yesterday I received a text that my package was dropped of at my house.Wich again it wasn’t.So today I figured they would get it right but guess what.It landed at my neighbors house again.I’m getting really tired to go get my heavy stuff from my neighbors house & walk it up my hill.They have to drive right by my house & it has a house number on it.So I ask you why can’t they bring me my stuff to my house.This is getting ridiculous
