Fedex did not have history of package

S ty I'll haven't recieved package. It's been in same place for 9 days and they have no information on where and why it hasn't been delivered...

Tracking says that my package arrived Nov.25 but I never received it. And fedex has denied all claims of reimbursement. Christmas has come & gone & I still don’t have my package which was a gift for my son

FedEx lost my package and refused to replace or refund me. The carrier said he left it at my house at a side door. I notified them and told them I don’t have a side door and it had to be left at the wrong house. They still refused to refund me because the tracking said it was left at my house. But I was home & the carrier never came to my house. I called a quite a few times and was lied to every time I spoke with someone. Then they said since there was no signature required, they’re not responsible. So I just lost $119 & my son never received his power wheel

I still have Christmas packages sitting in their warehouse in Saginaw not delivered. And they got them a month ago got one back day before Christmas they had 5 weeks. If I could give zero stars that what they would get.

FedEx is wonderful I have never had any problems with FedEx delivering late they have always been early or on time. FedEx is very dependable. Thank you to everyone at FedEx.

I still have not got my package

Still waiting on package. 4 days showing at Kernersville FedEx.1/2 of order was delivered.

I have been trying to track this package but it will not let me it stops part way it was supposed to be here no later than Friday December 27th. It is now the 30th and there is no way to tracks this

A package that was overnighted to me less that 6 hours from me took over 4 days to get to me . That’s uncalled for

Awe full service. One Christmas package was lost and never delivered after paying 35.00 extra for Xmas delivery

I only got one of my two packages but of course it shows that it was delivered!

They leave packages out in the open to get stolen. Even when you post not to leave they ignore your requests and leave anyway. Not happy won't order from anyone that delivers through FedEx.
