What a disaster. I was waiting for my package all day and it never showed up. When I called customer service, they said the driver had tried to deliver it but couldn't find my address. How can they not find my address?!

Sent a parcel to South Africa and tried to locate it with your app, was charged a pound for which I got a pin on a map with all the info blurred out, what a way to get peoples money, as if you don't pay enough already.

At least poor service is a constant with parcelforce. Handed over parcel at post office printed barcode for tracking ( on receipt) 21 hours later not in system. Pathetic
