Easy tracking fast shipping live in Oregon and bought a car rear end in new Jersey got it in 5 days!!!!!

It would be better to walk there and back to pick something up than to ship with this company

They were very quick at picking item up when I called that same afternoon

cannot locate package nor a number to call . not so accessible

The first day they showed up five hours later as we ended up postponing.The following delivery came when promised but They lost one of our skids.Delayed project and we have an Very unhappy customer!

Shipment arrived in Minneapolis departed a few hrs later and that was 4 days ago. Have contacted r&l have contacted the company I purchased the item for and no feedback from either. Do business elsewhere!

Order arrived on time. Rene the truck driver is very nice. I definitely would use this company again in the near future.

Absolutely one of the worst carriers I have dealt with! They subcontract deliveries to an even worse company called “Accurate delivery” and their ratings are in the toilet! My 4 day delivery is on day 8 and still hasn’t delivered. Not that it wasn’t possible the cargo hit town 5 days ago then was sent to a different town 200 miles away after it sat idle for a complete day and missed the original deliver date because it was on its way out of town!! You have to be Kidding me what a Circus... NEVER USE R&L they Hire even bigger clowns

Item was not delivered on the first schedule date though the receiver was there through the scheduled delivery time. I had to pay redelivery fee to the packing company to get the delivery rescheduled. I was ripped off.

Delivery was prompt and driver was a great guy to deal with, very careful and fast delivery. Well packaged. Definitely recommend and will definitely use in the future.

so I ordered an engine and the company I bought the engine from shipped via R&L trucking. I ordered it on a Monday, the engine was to arrive via R&L on Friday using the tracking on their website. The truck shows up on time but try’s to delivery me a pallet of floor cleaner! No engine found on the 18 wheeler they used to ship my engine. Long story short my engine on its way from Tennessee was left on a dock in Philadelphia and was supposedly left behind by the driver. Driver error was the story I was given. How do you mistake a pallet of floor cleaner for an engine. Not rocket science that we are dealing with here. Right address, on time with the wrong delivery. I’m Being generous by giving 3 stars only because they did get it to me by the next day 10:30 in the morning.

Worst ever!! I was told motorcycle would be delivered between 11am and 2pm... not here. I called and was told the driver’s not registering?? What does that even mean?!
