USPS reviews

Packages supposed to be here today. Tracking says it's on the east coast. I am on the west coast in Medford, Oregon.

Packages usually don't arrive on the date the receipt says.

In general, through repeated reports, I have continually received mail that was not my address in bulk. The last Amazon prime order delivered by USPS achieved hours later than when delivered by Amazon. Today, a guaranteed delivery by 8 pm did not show. USPS is improving my desire to see drone delivered parcels.

Worse I’ve ever seen. My package was in town and out for delivery for 5 days before it was delivered.

Taking forever still hasnt arrived, never had a place take so long with standard shippin an go my way then all the way back out of the way

I having been using USPS for years & only now have had a bad experience. My pkg arrived at my home with postage due even though it showed on the pkg that postage was already paid.

Roberta is very pleasant and helpful. I love going to the Grayslake post office! Everyone is really wonderful!

When a shipper sent my package to an incorrect address, Upon alerting the local P.O., they located the package and delivered it to me the same day.

Certified mail coming from Michigan to NC mailed on 6th still no idea where it is or why it's taking so long

No update for almost 2 weeks. . In transit to next facility means nothing at all. Priority shipping- shipped Jan 21 - how is this priority. How do I find out where my package is?

Very great service at Pack and Ship in Menominee the owner was outstanding.

How do packages “disappear” in the system ? Gets scanned for departure and then is gone and no information for 5 days and then it’s mysteriously “delivered”. After being MIA. For 4 days when you’ve paid for 2 day delivery.

Package has apparently been in transit to next facility since January 26th.. it is now February 12... no further update. Package originally shipped January 21... this is priority shipping? Was expecting max 1 week delivery US to Canada. I received package from Asia (standard shipping) in less time. This service is not worth the money $

My package has been in Chicago for over a week. Its a book. Horrible service. Left Illinois on Feb 1 and has been sitting in Chicago since Feb 3. It is Feb 11 today.
