Your tracking service is 2 days behind and it sucks I can't locate my package although I paid plenty.

My card has been stuck in customs for over 3 weeks and I don't understand that. I can't even find a number to where I can contact somebody about it this is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely ridiculous for a card to get stuck in customs for over 3 weeks in New York.

United States Postal Service sucks and are incompetent I tracked a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It was originally DHL which transferred it to the USPS. I tracked my package it says it was delivered at 9:05 today at the mailbox and there was nothing there so I called them they looked up the number said it was delivered is going to send the guy back to see if he delivered it to the wrong address I did look around the neighborhood and did not see it they told me when they looked it up it's not their problem and to call the place where I ordered the package from they're the ones that delivered it they are responsible for it they never want to take responsibility for anything but they do want us to keep paying more and more for stamps and they want raises why should we give incompetence raises they can't even deliver mail on time I am a Prime member with Amazon anytime anything is transferred to the USPS it takes two to three days longer to get it because they are incompetent this is ridiculous that I have to hunt down this package and make phone calls when it was in there hands they should be the ones that have to do all the work not me this is ridiculous they make the mistake and they make you do all the work this is absolute wrong and chaotic never mind should they get raises they all should be fired and their Postal Service should be eliminated I don't even trust them when I mail something out I go to UPS because I know it'll get there because they are reliable and on time the United States Postal Service sucks

More than 12 days to deliver a package from Weston to Miami. They don’t give you back the package nor the money. Lousy service and worst client atention

What takes so long to send a letter to Albany a hour away from me I was going to drive there I should have fort drum to Albany 3 days really wow

Worst service ever. I paid them $32 extra for this terrible service. They came 2 weeks late and i never got my parcel

I mailed a certified letter from Southfield, MI to Cincinnati, OH on March 23, 2024 which arrived at a USPS distribution facility in Pontiac, MI (about 20 miles) on March 27. It is now April 23 and according to tracking it is still in Pontiac! I filled out a missing mail form but no response as of today.

Sent an envelope with time-sensitive documents from Wichita to Topeka on 4/5/24 by certified mail. It did not reach Topeka until the 16th. Where was it for 11days? It was signed for on the 17th. and the signed receipt was received in the 22nd. You pay extra for priority service and it’s very very poor. They need to do a better job. Shame on them.☹️

It is now 7 business days since I sent a certified letter 73 miles from my home in the same state of New Jersey. It is still in transit.

Can't count on the Post Office to get your prescription to you 14 days and still waiting for it to leave Florida. Oh it must be coming by snail mail.

I paid for priority shipping on the 4/19. The mail should have arrived on 4/22 nothing. SMH

Not professional enough for me

It Has been 15 days since I mailed my letter. And it still has not been delivered. Shipping it on a slow boat to china would have been faster. I rate the service of one star.Because I can't give it a zero.

Sent a pack to my granddaughter for her birthday. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th and it is now the 22nd and no package. If I could give zero stars I would.
