Purolator Canada reviews

Trying to get information on where my package is or when it is coming is impossible. Was supposed to be delivered on May 12/24. Tracking info hasn’t moved in over a week with zero updates. This was a gift from my kids for Mother’s Day and we have no idea if my he package is even coming at this point

Said they attempted to deliver package, the notice was left on my neighbors front door. Which means that they couldn't even get the address right.

Is there a way to give ZERO stars? Why is my package still sitting in Etobicoke, Ont? Three days, and it hasn’t moved an inch! Why is Purolator called a Courier? This is the absolute WORST service I’ve ever had. Canada Post is SUPERFAST compared to Purlater, yeah, LATER! Much MUCH LATER! Why didn’t I have a choice to use another transporter? You SUCK!

Got a notice the Morning of May 16 my package to arrive by 8pm same day. At 8pm checked in and says package to arrive by May 22 ?!?!?!

Seem to circle around same location 2-3 times, then suddenly go into opposite direction of destination. CONGRATULATIONS! You've outdone CANADA POST in lowest rating!

Worst experience waiting on a package. Paid for express service to be delivered at 10:30 AM this morning, no information, no call, no email and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No star, ZERO

I have always found Purolator to be good at what they do... deliver packages. In my opinion they seem to take care with the items entrusted to them and the drivers I have encountered have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I do agree that there is more of a lag in the updating of information but there has also been an unrealistic set of expectations from some users. It is also sad that some folks seem to never appreciate ANYTHING and complain about EVERYTHING.

I can’t even begin to say how bad this company is everything that is coming from them is late broken or doesn’t come at all just the worst company out there .Why Amazon Costco any of them use them is beyond my comprehension.Pissibly because there affiliated with Canada Post

Promised for Tues 10 am still not there on Wed morning.
