  • Well we are going on 7 weeks I just don't get it I bought the product it took me a week to get it one week and it's been 7 weeks and then we get my money back I don't get it I don't think it's mostly the Postal Service I think it's the people that get the product and don't want to return the money that's what I see I don't think it's right at all

  • I need to get reimbursed for the missing package. I need to get reimbursed for expedited service that I paid for. The content of this package is valued over $400.00. Another paid government service that is overpriced, misplaced, excuses after excuses. I WANT the total value to be reimbursed. If you just happen to find and deliver my package, I would still want my refunded amount of money I paid for 2 days deliver service.

  • I do not like this format. All the points it went through to get from toronto to North Bay are not shown not even where it started froml Also I had paid for a signature and yes it does say signature was received but no way to check it out and save the signathre for any necessary future reference. I might as well have sent my package by regular mail. I suggest the full delivery route be put back in and have the signature be accessible. And I did not have to sign in previously for this.
