  • My sent parcel is now 2 weeks overdue. Impossible to speak to human being to investigate. Virtual assistant Holly is a waste of time. The phone contact is also a waste of time as the computer voice cuts off part way during tracking number entry. Won’t use Hermes again.

  • Always late. Just dumps on doorstep and runs regardless of weather , value of item or security . I hate finding out that my retailer is using Hermes. I know then I won't get my product on time

  • Absolutely rubbish soo many times am receiving parcel trough this Hermes and its always gets stuck with lockal driver for few days even its spouse to be delivered ages ago absolutely horrible service no proper customer service either

  • Honestly wait forever for a parcel to “arrive” for it to be dumped in my stick shed with no note to say it’s there then find it days later ruined. If something is being shipped Hermes I tend to look elsewhere

  • The worst service and postman ever I experience. No one ring the doorbell, but they lie that no one was home. By calling customer service the answer is what i expect her to do because she doesn't no what to answer . shock how this firms exists
