Absolutely Pathetic. No one answers phones (on hold 75 min's), held my order in town for 2 weeks then gave it to an unknown 3rd party "agent" and now it has totally disappeared for another week. No attempted delivery, contact or tracking since Dec 23rd, (Now Jan 11th). Never use these useless idiots.

The tracking system has not been updated for days, you should really look into weather it’s the staff are not scanning in and out or computer faults. I’ve had a few packages with them this last few weeks and it’s been the same, but early delivery with others, this one package I have no clue where it is or when it will show up. Sad system indeed.

Waited all day for an important parcel and didn't receive it....I could have been working! Now it says the same thing today, will they waste another day for me?

Was suppose to receive my pkg 5 days a go still in transit try to call was on hold for 25 minutes horrible customer service no regards for people/customers time,schedule and conditions not a single email txt msg or phone calls to let the customer know of the situation or issues they might be having in delivery if I knew Best Buy uses them I would not have place the order X-MAS or not single txt phone call or email would have done the trick.

I've had lots of trouble with Purolator in the past, now they've even gotten worse. With is hard to believe. As to rating don't see one that can rate that low!!

Terrible service! Actually if Wayfair continues to use u, I’m not buying from Wayfair anymore - even the clerks at the Barrie store has no idea what the message to me was! If they don’t know there own messages how the hell do I know

Sent email was shipped. Days ago. Tracker says truck hasn’t left. Purolator is a joke. Like Canada post that owns it. And like the Govt that owns both.
