Still waiting for package. No communication & late

Until now our package is not delivered 9am today, what time is it now.....

Purolator is a big zero. Delivery is slow. Difficult to get any help. Fake apologies come too easy from them.

Live chat is useless. Parcel delivered on sat. Nobody home ...parcel not left ... no noice for instructions left. Would like to know where my parcel is.

I’m unhappy with Purolator due to the fact that their updates are not updated regularly. They are late with my shipment and the excuse. That it is heavy is not true. My order is not heavy. Zero transparency.

You have a bunch of clowns working for you. Minimum requirement should be a high school graduate.

My package sent from Vernon BC to Yuma AZ, was delivered within two days as promised. I'm very satisfy with the service Purolator provided me with. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you for a job well done Fellows. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to everyone at Purolator, LD,,

If i could give zero I would to this company!! service is way too slow. costumer service doesn’t exist!! No one to talk and ask where is your package!! I don’t understand why they are still in service or business but i think 10 years from now if they don’t change they will end up in bankruptcy.. coz of the way their services

3 boxes 2 delivered and the 3rd one still??? it cost you money who is responsible??

Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 15th... left Toronto on the 8th of December. Last minute (delivery date) I get a notice saying delayed because of Covid and weather. Seriously???? I call BS. Worse, no updates provided since then. Time sensitive items were ordered and now will be useless to me.

Horrible service, I can understand a few days behind but package was shipped Dec. 3rd and it still hasn’t arrived on Dec16th

you don't take the time to make sure the customer is there. but instead you are forcing customers to come to you. i hate it.

Customer service tells you what you want to hear with no investigation into what your asking. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
