For me it’s my first experience and I did not like it they only update the tracking number Avery 4 to 5 days and it started it was supposed to be arriving between the 4 and the 7 now it says the 15

The customer service is very good. The drivers I am sure do the best they can. This is a difficult time for us all and we all need to be more patient with eachother. There needs to be better communication between the three the delivery drivers, depots and customer service. It is limited and could use some re-structuring. Otherwise I am eased with the service.

The customer service is amazing and I am grateful for all their help. The drivers I am sure do their best in these difficult times. Although we all need to have better communication with eachother . The set up could be improved between the depots , drivers and customer service.. Thanks for your hard work I am sure it is not easy.

I had no problem with my parcel ! Scheduled delivery for Dec 10th , I did get it on 7th instead. Good job !

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Drivers don’t even bother trying to deliver your package. They walk out the door of their truck with their little sticker in hand and never attempt to deliver. Then they make you chase your package around town. If I could give a NEGATIVE star rating I would

What the heck? My parcel has been sitting in Niagara On The Lake for 5 days while it was supposed to be sent to an address in Niagara Falls which is 30 minutes away from your warehouse? If there was a ZERO rating I would give you that!! Ridiculous
