  • Service is not what you pay for anymore. You send something out, you track it and for days it sits at the warehouse. Might as well have sent it via bus. Cheaper and would arrive on time. Purolator says it will arrive in 2 days. B S, more like 1 1/2 weeks

  • Have never had an issue getting parcels! Delivery right to the door, never had to go anywhere with a door tag to pick up. I get 2-3 deliveries a month and love when I get a notice showing my items are shipped with Purolator

  • Very bad service. Not reliable at all. I’ve waiting for 3 weeks now and still haven’t receive my delivery and no notice all at, no call. I just found out today that they shipped my delivery to a Printing shop waiting for me to pickup my good my self. No delivery was attempted to my house and no notice was left to tell me what’s going on. This company is a joke, beware.

  • Very bad service. I did not receive any notice for merchandise pickup. I did not receive my deliveries and nobody tried to call me to tell that the good was shipped to a drop box. Very unreliable. Poor service. To be avoided.

  • Twice I have paid for overnight delivery from Spruce Grove to Calgary, and twice the package has arrived a day late. I will not use Curator again this delivery was for heart medication during a family emergency and I have to get emergency supply from the pharmacy and pay extra. I am very unhappy with Purolators service

  • Very poor service , first told no address on package , there was , then told the address was wrong , it wasn’t , then told there was no one home , there was , then told it would be delivered the next day , that was 5 days ago , then told it was out for delivery , it’s 6.30 pm and no package , I gave one star just because the person on the phone was polite

  • Says they ATTEMPTED delivery when no such thing was done. There was no knock at the door and no attempt to contact me. This company is a joke.
