Updates are few, surely it's not in the same place for days.

Tracked my package to my city then all of a sudden it said it’s goin be late and it’s in whole other city

No notices for 3 shippments No info

The delivery guys are all fraud. They never bring you the package and just leave a notice for pickup. I have had this experience several times with them even though I was at home

Horrible tracking system. Take too long to deliver a package. Avoid at all costs.

Late delivery. No proper update on website tracking. I will use Canada Post as preferable and more reliable and this site doesnt recognize the number.

User friendly website

They don't listen to or read delivery instructions they still send packages for delivery when it says hold for pickup yet when they say they tried to deliver your package all that was done is that they put a slip on the door and then left no knocking just run not happy at all with their delivery but they can pickup on time

Bon service à l'accueil de Jonquière. Efficace dans le transport du colis. Cependant le site est en anglais. Malgré tout c'est une entreprise efficace.

“Delivery service” more like pay and pick it up yourself. FedEx > Purolator. You can tell Customer service doesn’t care

If your gonna say that there is no entry code and then leave maybe leave a pickup notice? Like really how the hell do i know you were here even or just a lazy delivery driver that cant be bothered, this is getting ridiculous....

The carrier can't find the buzz number , that is why I forced to look for my package all over the city
