I was suppose to get my package yesterday nd i didnt get it...idk whats goin on

Ordered perishables yesterday from LA (2 hours away) paid next day delivery and the package is still in LA???

Poor service Day 1 the tracker said nobody was home, I was home all day Day 2 The tracker said the weather was bad, just a normal cold day in Ft McMurray Day 3 Still home waiting at 3 pm and no info on the tracker

UPS does a great job. Our drivers are always very friendly and they bring treats for our dog. Thank you for all you do during these difficult times.

Ordered from Lowe's March 30, did 2 to 3 business days track is saying still in BC no way to tell were it is. Hasn't moved said on 31st ready first ups pick up. Not happy

“Customer wasn’t available at the time of delivery” on a day I worked from home. 1 bedroom apartment, so I would’ve heard the buzzer.

It takes so long, my Tiki (pkg) has been in Tualatin-Sherwood for 7 hours and it’s only a 35 minute drive and still not delivered.

Package was supposed to ship overnight express over a week ago. It has not arrived. Online tracking is not accurate and has not helped. I’m desperate to locate it because it contains important legal documents. So frustrating!!!

I do not get any reply I am waiting for my mecations ( very Urgent ) Paid Extra allready 11 days on his way

Terrible experience they said it was suppose to arrive March 20 2020. Didn't arrive, it's now March 31 2020 at 7:31pm and still hadn't artived and then they expect payment. Hate UPS.

That was a very quick delivery. I'm a very happy customer.

Terrible had package over nighted was shipped from Kentucky to Missouri now its lost in texas

It just gives me a departure scan. Nothing else, not even a pick up scan for the local places.

Not extremely happy. Can not even find where where my package is at this moment. Was to be delivered on Saturday March 28th. All I know is PROCESSING.

We have always had great on-time deliveries here in our remote part of Montana. Now I am tracking a piece of woodworking equipment my son sent me. It is due here later today. Looks like it is on target to be delivered as promised. Thank you, especially now, to all the UPS staff involved in making this delivery happen. We're building a home in the Bitterroot Mtns 23 miles south and west of Darby and their assistance. Be safe!
