The UPS driver really BS, my family stay at home whole day on Saturday, but they said receiver not home . So they have to make second attempt, big liar....

Have not received a package that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it’s Saturday. I’m still waiting. HORRIBLE service!

Package didn’t come in

Terrible service, package was sent Monday , from a three hour drive away . It's Friday and no delivery, and no response from UPS after six attempts.

They seem to be a day late quite often

House sit on the main hwy, nothing blocking the house number 4ft from the road 2 times this week they couldn't find the address? Wtf?? Do I need to rent a billboard? If I was on one of the back roads I could sympathize but I could toss a rock from the middle of the road and hit the house. Wtf,

3/5 times things get shipped to me you can't find my address it has not changed, was expecting 2 shipments both ups, same address same day, one makes it the other doesn't.

They wouldn’t deliver my package, saying address is undeliverable address doesn’t exist. I called and re-explained the drivers delivery directions I gave at time of order. Said they would deliver at end of day. They did not. Next day Deliver fee paid but no delivery. They are getting rich off failing to deliver and don’t care that they fail.
