Waiting so excitedly to get this package for days, said it was delivered and no were to be found. I'm so beyond mad!

I was supposed to receive a package in 3-5 days. It's now been 8 days. And it still says processing.. Give me a break already.

We've been very satisfied with using UPS for sending packages. Our UPS driver is really a nice young man.

The driver didn't leave infonotice So I couldn't leave delivery instructions

Haven't had a single problem with UPS for the last 5-6 years!

Great service my package left Jackson, MS on 10/15/2019 and arrive in Plano, TX and delivered on 10/17/2019.

You suck!!! Every time I order something online it seem to only get lost or delayed with you guys

This is the third time our parcel has been left at 145 1 NE instead of SW which is clearly marked on the package. Please advise your deliverer for this area to confirm the address before dropping it of?

Terrible terrible service never again I taught the were to send u info that your stuff was shipped angry 2 weeks now.

Lost package, no help from website or telephone support. Second time this has happened recently. Unforgivable service flaws.

Not impressed at all with delivery speed

They constantly bring my buzzer to let them into my building whether they have a package for me or not. Yet when they have a package for me they don't Buzz my doorbell. Also it's far more expensive to ship via UPS than it is to ship via FedEx and USPS. Enormous!!!!! Difference in price. It's awful. I always have issues with greed. It's ugly. I always use USPS or FedEx before walking into a UPS store and that's because when I went to use UPS they gave me an exorbitant price just for sending out a lightweight manila envelope. When I went to USPS it was HALF THE COST!
