People like to complain about the USPS and its workers. I’ve never worked in the Postal system but I say if you’ve never done so you have no idea what it’s like. Workers inside post office take a lot of flack because people like to complain and are selfish. Some enjoy complaining about their own mail carriers who are an easy target when delivery is delayed. I think about the dogs in yards, the locked gates, the irate postal customers the carriers have to encounter. I didn’t already feel this way: when was in my twenties and less selfish and immature than I am today, I happened to receive mail in my box meant for another customer, several days in a row. One day I attached a note to one of the envelopes meant for a different customer that I was putting back in my box to be picked up. My note expressed my annoyance at receiving someone else’s mail by mistake and I threatened that if it happened again I was going to throw it away. The mail carrier read my note and rang my doorbell and apologized and also explained that I would be breaking federal B law if I messed with the mail. That bit of information was important to me so b I learned from that encounter. I also appreciated the apology. The interaction showed me that the individual was a human being and we all make mistakes. I also learned about my own selfishness. I learned to write a small note on an envelope wrongly delivered saying Not At This Address. The country needs the USPS and the government needs to bail it out and find it properly. Absolutely terrible service. I mailed a letter from Montetey VA on May 13 to Richmond. It is now May 19 and it still hasn't gotten to its destination. Tracking says "in transit"

Package has been in White Plains NY for 2 days. I'm one county over. No movement, no notifications, and no help to be found. Pathetic.

My package was sent from GA. It's been at the Phoenix distributor center since May 10th. It's now May 19th. Supposed to have received it by the 9th. What reason would there be for a package to sit for 10 days in Phx? It's only took 2 days from south GA to Phx. I still have not received my package. Finally an update to arrive on the 20th. From Phx to Tucson the final destination is only 130 miles. The postal service has taken a nose dive. Don't recommend for packages.

My certification was mailed to it's local destination on May 02. I'm still waiting on the signature from the courthouse. I'm surrounded by idiots in the system that are suppose to be doing a job. I suppose theirs always those whom enjoy the humor out of things in order to make a law demonstration.
