  • A very big thank you to the person who delivered my package. It was raining and the delivery person put my paper behind screen door keeping it dry. Thank he/she for going above and beyond duty. That little act of kindness made my day.

  • The customer service support for tracking packages is deceptive. You start a chat and in order to get an answer, you have to subscribe to a company called Just Answers for $5 initial fee and 36/myh thereafter until you cancel. Why does a customer have to not only pay for tracking of a package but also pay for updates in tracking the package. What if a customer does notnhabe paypal or credit card. This is wrong and USPS should be ashamed of themselves for using such a service.

  • 2 boxes arrived on the same day from Brazil, 1 arrived in another with the code above until today. Nothing, the other one arrived on the 18/04th and today is the 01/05th and it hasn't arrived yet, since I've already looked for USPS and no one can tell me an expected arrival date for the box. CP372037502BR Este é meu rastreio Veio 2 caixas no mesmo dia do Brasil 1 chegou a outra do código a cima até hoje. Nada sendo que a outra chegou no dia 18/04 e hoje já é dia 01/05 e ainda não chegou sendo que já procurei a usps e ninguém sabe me falar uma previsão de chegada da caixa

  • Please when people pay money for their packages it should be delivered according to their payment. Why will I pay for a package to be delivered I'm two days after four days still I'm transit very poor.
