Been tracking box arrived in Denver needs to go to Johnstown 40 miles. And has been stuck in Distribution Center for a week. Nothing anyone can do but after so many days file claim. Will not use uses again for packages.

Usps has terrible service makes you wonder why they are loosing money.

Sent something almost 3 weeks ago And they still have not got it....really..

I paid for Express service it has now been a week and my grandsons package who is only 1 hour from me has not been delivered it is being held up in Sandston Va. It was only going to NewsomVa it was supposed to be delivered 12/5/20 its 12/12/20 and it it has had no movement out of the Sandston Va post office since 12/4/20Why? So there is a very disappointed 3yr old in Newsom waiting on his Birthday present and Very Angry MeMe in Petersburg Va because I paid for 1 day service and didnt get it and they dontseem to give a rat's ass. I could have walked it there by now myself. Its getting where people arenteven getting the mail trucks coming by on days getting their mail and delivering mail these days. It has happened to me in Petersburg and I know it's happened to my mom in Va Beach. What the heck is going on? Thought you could depend on the mail service rain shine snow or any weather? Guess that's not so true anymore. I am really angry they didnt even offer to give me my money back for 1 day service I didnt get. I will be back on the phone with them Monday if my grandson dont get his package this weekend. If anyone else is having these problems please write about it maybe they get enough complaints they will do something about the service

I mailed a package Dec. 5 2020 it is now Dec12 and no one can tell me where it is or when it will get there. I will use UPS from now on.

USPS is slower than any other service and harder to track. Items are crammed into the box and damaged.

Waited all day at my window for a delivery. They delivery time kept changing finally after supper time text message says they attempted delivery but front door and driveway were not accessible which is a lie. I sat at the window all day and nobody ever showed up.

Ordered medication on Nov 18 and never received it. It was sent but never delivered.

Order tracking says delivered, but I haven’t seen anything yet. Nearly thirty days saying delivered. I’m pissed

My package express mail supose to came on 12/11/20 at 12:00 pm never came where is my package?

Priority mail package has not moved from Philadelphia in 10 days. So much for priority mail

Package was never delivered I was dumb enough to send another one it doesn't look like it is going to be delivered either I mailed it on dec 4 and it is still in Greensboro sorry service

Packages float around in the same post office for days and appear lost at a regional office. Then shipped to wrong local post office. They have no clue what they are doing. Privatize the postal service so they can be accountble

Sent this package out 9 days ago. Stuck in Pittsburgh for a week????? That's all the info I am getting.
