Paid extra for priority mail on the 4th. This says my package going from Georgia to Kansas has been sitting in Jacksonville,Flordia since Dec 9th. Now the thing is Jacksonville is only 2 hrs from here. WTH!

Julie is always friendly and helpful. Recently, when I needed more (of a particular size) flat rate priority mail boxes, she gave me the few she had, then suggested I go to usps.com where I could order more. When they arrived, we didn’t need any more and could replenish her supply for other patron’s needs. I love having our local post office in our Village of Elk Rapids.

Mail system is not good. I wish I would have sent my packages by FEDX. I sent to packages to Florida a week ago and when I checked at the post office they are in Detroit. Have been there a week. Sent 2 more to Florida and that is the biggest mistake I have made. No more packages sent through post office. FEDX, here I come! As early as all 4 packages were sent, I doubt very much they will make Florida before Christmas!! Just want others to know, so they do not make the same mistake I made!

Sent a package from Iowa to Kentucky Nov 27 and shows still in transit

Cant get an answer or update where my package is at.

Package sat in Raleigh for 4 days and reroute for 9 days. I paid 47.00 to ship this package and p.o. man told me no day of last. This is wrong and its way more than late. I could have used UPS or Fed x cheaper too. This is ridiculous. I'll be contacting your post master.

The Cleveland GA Post office is full of helpful Courteous people . They do a great job both at the post office and on delivery .

Redwood Estates post office is the best. Great service and a needed service in our community. Doing their best to be of service, always helpful and keeping us safe in these trying times.

Flat rate envelope mailed on 4 Dec..supposed to be delivered on 6 Dec. Is now 10 Dec ..no envelope. Terrible service. Will use UPS or FEDEX from now on!

I shipped several packages Priority mail on Tuesday, December 1st at 1pm, all but 1 package was delivered by Saturday , December 5th. The last one was delivered today 7 working days after it was shipped. Priority mail to laurel Maryland from Cardiff CA was to take 3 working days. I paid for this special priority mail delivery and I got slow mail delivery instead. I am unhappy to have paid the price for 3 day delivery and would like a refund on this package tracking number 9505513206870336445000. This is unacceptable since my package had perishable item of baked goods that now show the beginnings of mold. A Christmas gift to my family have now been destroyed because of poor delivery service. A refund in the amount of 21.10 should be sent to Monique De'Jovanee P.O. Box 849 CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA CA 92007. Thank you
