I sent an envelope priority mail from green acres, FL. To three rivers, mi. On the 13th it is the 19th and has not been delivered to it's destination in I paid $16.11 for it to be there on or before the 17th. What happened and how do I get reimbursed.

Sheon, I hope I read her name correctly. She works in the post office on John F Kennedy Blvd in North Little Rock, AR. She was so friendly and funny and helpful that she really brightened my day. She is a great sales person too. She sold me stamps when I had only gone in to mail a package. Need so many more people like her. Such an asset to the post office!

I have a negative review because I sent a package to covington KY from Knoxville tn it went to Cincinnati then somehow ended up in Washington DC now a week later its in Maryland and I paid for a two day delivery

Letter mailed, it was determined wrong zip code and letter was forwarded??? Since June 30th no info on where letter is, zip code was NOT wrong. No info on address letter was forwarded to or sent??? How do you get any info. Tracking is a joke. Since July 6th no updates on tracking system. I was forced to give one star rating or review would not go through. NO star for this service.

Just wanted to express what a wonderful visit I endured at the post office. I had to mail off IRS forms and was avoiding the nightmare with the corona virus epidemic going on. Clerk 3 at the nicholasville ky post office was a true sweetheart. He walked me through the steps to mailing off certified return receipts etc. and I was out in a breeze. I also wanted to say the post office and taken many precautions to keep their customers safe

I ordered several packages back in late april. My first package arrived smoothly my second did not. After a long conversation with th me post office and them telling me they dont know where it's at, did I get a refund. Then the lady delivering my mail said she put it in the next mailbox down. I asked all my neighbors and they havent seen it. Then all my other packages I ordered came and was delivered to my correct address. So why was that one particular package missing. If she didnt know where my box was then how was I recieving mail. How was I recieving all other packages but that one. I can honestly say I think she took it. If she was delivering my mail for the last couple of months then how did she not know where my box was. I only gave a 2 star because they changed my carrier and he doesnt steal my mail,packages or coupons like she does.
