Absolutely disgusted with this service waited in all day and liturally poped on school run for 10 mins and the driver been and gona and now i have to wait in all day tomorro again for it! Customer service has no information on the driver to try sort it for me absolutely disgusted

receipt states tracking number , put that number in and got told there no such parcel with that said number , seems to me yodel must be connect to evri

Hopeless , lack of info, estimated delivery date has passed by 3 days,, and kept giving same date.!! Still no delivery’

No delivery after 8 days and no estimate of delivery time. Must be the worst performer.

Absolute rubbish company with completely thick drivers. Left my property 20 doors away with a complete stranger, no photographic evidence to prove it was delivered, the house owner says nothing has been delivered there and I have no proof it was. Absolutely ridiculous situation to be left in by Yodel. Utter rubbish service.

I was due to receive my parcel between 5th to the 7th May. Yodel tracker says it is sitting at the Basildon depot yet there is no confirmation of when I will receive it. Surely it can't take this long when other providers deliver promptly.

There's a post box but my parcel has been dumped 'in a smoking area'. No photographic evidence and I can't find my parcel . RUBBISH !!!
