You have attempted delivery twice but miss me. You cannot even advice. I am 10 mins away from home and you cannot even send a reminder. I tried to track my delivery but the update is useless as nothing is said apart from the items at your depot. The contact number on the website went to somewhere else. I cannot even leave a simple message as to what to do when I am not around.

  • receipt states tracking number , put that number in and got told there no such parcel with that said number , seems to me yodel must be connect to evri

  • Hopeless , lack of info, estimated delivery date has passed by 3 days,, and kept giving same date.!! Still no delivery’

  • Absolute rubbish company with completely thick drivers. Left my property 20 doors away with a complete stranger, no photographic evidence to prove it was delivered, the house owner says nothing has been delivered there and I have no proof it was. Absolutely ridiculous situation to be left in by Yodel. Utter rubbish service.

  • I was due to receive my parcel between 5th to the 7th May. Yodel tracker says it is sitting at the Basildon depot yet there is no confirmation of when I will receive it. Surely it can't take this long when other providers deliver promptly.

  • There's a post box but my parcel has been dumped 'in a smoking area'. No photographic evidence and I can't find my parcel . RUBBISH !!!
