The worst delivery company ever. 3 weeks to deliver a parcel. 2 lost parcels.1 parcel sent to the wrong depo then re-dispatched to ROI despite marked for and from the uk. Customer service saying that it is what it is and I need to track it and raise a complain after 3 weeks of lies from the operators ( i was told 3 times the parcel would be with me within 24 hrs) I'm still waiting

  • receipt states tracking number , put that number in and got told there no such parcel with that said number , seems to me yodel must be connect to evri

  • Absolute rubbish company with completely thick drivers. Left my property 20 doors away with a complete stranger, no photographic evidence to prove it was delivered, the house owner says nothing has been delivered there and I have no proof it was. Absolutely ridiculous situation to be left in by Yodel. Utter rubbish service.

  • I was due to receive my parcel between 5th to the 7th May. Yodel tracker says it is sitting at the Basildon depot yet there is no confirmation of when I will receive it. Surely it can't take this long when other providers deliver promptly.

  • There's a post box but my parcel has been dumped 'in a smoking area'. No photographic evidence and I can't find my parcel . RUBBISH !!!
