  • The most terrible service ever. They have lost my parcel, because apparently courier "delivered" it to a "safe" place God knows where and I have never seen my parcel. Courier didn't bother to leave a card either. I have found out that my parcel from ebay has been lost 6 days later!

  • Driver broke my gate lock by ragging on it. Instead of putting the parcel down and opening the gate. Used brute force and broke the lock. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

  • Gthfrg Yes, I've had the same experience as you. On 16/11/23 I got a text stating my delivery would be on the 17/11/23. Then at about 0900 hrs ish I was given a delivery time of 1043 - 1243 on 16/11/23. I couldn't make this time as I had a prior engagement and nowhere safe to leave my heavy parcel. I did a date change on Yodels app for the 17/11/23, the original delivery date. 17/11/23 came & went without notification. On 18/11/23, today, there was a notification on 17/11/23 that Yodel needed to check my address, even though the local depot has delivered to it quite a few times from the same company, for the same item, every month. I did the 'chat box' thing and was cut off by whoever was on the other end. In the end, I found the local Yodel depot telephone number, rang them at 1100 hrs, before the depot closed at 12 noon, recorded the conversation. Apparently, Yodel had a scanning issue yesterday! The delivery driver hadn't even started work at 1100 hrs today. When the delivery driver finally logged on today and turned his tracker on, I was 104 out of 108 deliveries. That was at 1700 hrs. At this time, the delivery driver was less than half a minute from my address. The driver then turned off the counter customer number. It's now 1905 hrs on the 18/11/23 and the delivery driver has been round the world, in my area, and still not delivered to my address. I am a disabled person about to undergo major surgery so, on Monday, I'm telephoning the company my parcel comes from, asking for a refund, and cancelling my account with the company, and Yodel is to blame, entirely! I'll get my order from a local reliable company. Yes, it'll cost a little bit more but at least the local company will deliver, without using a diabolical delivery company like Yodel. My parcel costs a lot of money for Yodel buffoons to mess me around. Its not the retailer who I bought the product fault but they need to change their delivery contract from Yodel.

  • Minimal tracking info, very annoying. My parcel was posted 3 days ago so where is it ? Tacking say parcel delayed why? If you can deliver parcels when there suppose to be what the hell is the point of giving a delivery date???
