I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience except one time. I'd rather use them than the post office. Now Fed Ex, that's a whole other world! They don't even come to mind when I want to send something, THAT'S how bad it is!

They deliver, but tracking leaves a lot to be improved, no time stamps, no eta, so you are hostage until your package arrives.....when it arrives

Keep getting email stating I need to give better directions...false tracking number...is this a scam to give more information? Has happened multiple times with different orders...better check this out if it is a scam...poor business security!

My post office won't deliver packages to my address they expect you to come to the post office and pick packages up they don't care if you're sick disabled etc. it is ridiculous that the Clarion pa post office does this

The worst delivery ever. They give you time and they come whenever they want. You can't truck them they should've close the business. the terrible service they have. Very very disappointed

Hello! I did not get my package today. The UPS driver in my area should be fired because I never get my packages!!!!! Never!!! So my sister in law sent me flowers to be delivered today! Over $150 worth!!! Tracking # 1Z30F6R50404847457 i live in Maxville Ontario! The delivery driver NEVER finds my address AND it’s SUPER simple!!!! We live above the Maxville Post office!! My address is 2A-15 Main Street North. Maxville Ontario K0C1T0 my sister said that online the delivery guy stated “undeliverable” as he didn’t see the 2A in the package which is a lie. …………. OK. Every time anyone sends me something via UPS I NEVER receive it. My address comes up on their screens. My address exists. Only UZpS delivery in my area ALWAYS posts “undeliverable”. I think the delivery driver for my area should be fired for lack of common sense and lack of effort. I live above the Post office in our town. Could not be more simple. I am very disappointed with UPS in my area. Family and friends sent me packages of gifts and cards when my daughter died. I never received ANY of these from UPS! Can you understand why I would be upset?!

Probably the worst delivery service I have ever had it was good at one time the person doing the delivery would never let us know when they're showing up until after the fact they did try a few times but they never left no way of me contacting them and now my package which was special Electronics is on its way back to the USA thanks a lot UPS

UPS web delivery date is yesterday. Yesterday??? Really?? Am wait still .. never never never came . NevUPS policy never changes. This is the end. He doesn't care about losing customers.

UPS does not deliver. They simply drop off at a location convenient to the driver and make excuses about why they don't deliver. I'm home all day so I know they don't bother coming here. I only deal with them because companies I deal with insist on using them. UPS stands for Undelivered Parcel Service, or maybe Useless Parcel Service.

Ordered may 07 delivery was supposed to be may 10 . Then UPS pick up the package anything went to shit, been waiting for 7 days now still staying may 18 for delivery but not confirm . What a joke . Going to cancel and reorder making sure that the UPS is not the carries .pathetic.
