Been waiting on a parcel for 3 days now. Each day it says out for delivery and I cannot track my parcel as ups app just doesn't let me log in even after changing my login details. I have emailed them but have not received a response. Terrible delivery company. Yet again I have to wait in like I have nothing better to do

No help just a bunch of online stuff wanting me to join and I’m not ups want address info from me and they can’t even get a person for me to talk to I need a ph number to speak to some one I hate tech I don’t do well with it and you make it even harder really dislike this company. My parcel is from Telus and it was supposed to be sent Canada post.

My package sitting in florida 4 days will not give me update. Waiting on refund and UPS is stopping it. Poor service tracking impossible to do.

I spent $19.11, and UPS mailed my letter on April 3. The staff told me that it would arrive on April 5, but UPS transferred my letter to USPS, and the UPS staff did not tell me. The attitude of the manager here is really bad. Until now, I have not received my mail. I have found the manager several times to ask for help in retrieving my mail, and his attitude is very bad. I am really helpless. The service address of UPS is 3810 Burrell rd rockledge fl 32955. Terrible service attitude
