I spent $19.11, and UPS mailed my letter on April 3. The staff told me that it would arrive on April 5, but UPS transferred my letter to USPS, and the UPS staff did not tell me. The attitude of the manager here is really bad. Until now, I have not received my mail. I have found the manager several times to ask for help in retrieving my mail, and his attitude is very bad. I am really helpless. The service address of UPS is 3810 Burrell rd rockledge fl 32955. Terrible service attitude

  • UPS needs an overhaul. Delivery systems is beyond bad most of the time. Tracking site just as useless. Packages are dropped at front door and never placed in a plastic sack when raining. This rant go go on forever until you clean up your house.

  • Spent nearly $800 to have my laser packaged and shipped for maintenance. A single layer of bubble wrap for a 65# medical device? Not crated or marked fragile??? No “this end up” or “handle with care”. It arrived smashed on 1/8/24. They still have not paid out on the insurance I bought or replaced my machine
