Been waiting on a parcel for 3 days now. Each day it says out for delivery and I cannot track my parcel as ups app just doesn't let me log in even after changing my login details. I have emailed them but have not received a response. Terrible delivery company. Yet again I have to wait in like I have nothing better to do

  • UPS has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I can't get over how bad the service is. Tracking is about as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

  • Frustrating- the info states the package started in Shrewsberry which it not but in Plymouth. I’m very concerned.

  • UPS needs an overhaul. Delivery systems is beyond bad most of the time. Tracking site just as useless. Packages are dropped at front door and never placed in a plastic sack when raining. This rant go go on forever until you clean up your house.

  • Spent nearly $800 to have my laser packaged and shipped for maintenance. A single layer of bubble wrap for a 65# medical device? Not crated or marked fragile??? No “this end up” or “handle with care”. It arrived smashed on 1/8/24. They still have not paid out on the insurance I bought or replaced my machine
