I understand we are under covid but order.was sent since may 13 and got a reply that there is a delay of 2 or 3 days. It was for my clild's birthday that I have not able to see since 3 years ago and only way to touch basis with him is through a present.

The shipping label was created on May 14. And right here in North York. I am still too receive my parcel. This is shameful. I can understand being late by 1 to 2 days but not a week.

Purolator bad delivery drivers who don't follow instructions and lazy to walk to the front door of my store.. 2 days in a roll they did the same mistake which was knocking on the back door rather then come to my store front.. customer service is complete joke and completely not helpful and not willing to help.
