I specifically asked for home delivery as I work from home and needed the package ASAP, and knew a signature was required. I was at home when the parcel was “delivered” but the driver didn’t bother to ring the doorbell, just left the tag for pick up at a different location the following day. I went to that location after work on the date noted, and was advised that my package had not been dropped off and to come back. The handwriting of the driver was atrocious and I had to attempt to provide the tracking ID several times before giving up and calling. This is by far the worst service, even giving room for issues from the COVID 19 pandemic.

I want to see when the estimated date of arrival is thats the only thing i care about to be honest

Very fast and reliable

Parcel always late even though service upgrade purchases made. When contacting Purolator for partial refund, always an issue, almost never rectified and no accountability.

I called again this morning and call centre paged the delivery guy to ring the doorbell. I waited outside. I asked the gay "Wht you didn't bother to ring the doorbell yesterday? And I was waiting for the parcel." He said:" I was here and left you a notice." "My question is why you didn't bother to ring the doorbell." "Because I don't want to come to say hello." Then why PUROLATOR hired this kind of lazy person to destroy the company brand.

I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I recieved. So we are on social isolation. I am home. The delivery instructions clearly say call the number. So they attempt to deliver without calling. Expecting me to then go to the other side of town to pick up the parcel. (Isolation)!!! Then when I call 6 times the line goes dead. So I call Amazon.. they got ahold of purlator who came back with an excuse the driver didnt have a cell phone!.. Now I have to wait til friday for the parcel(that's sitting in a store) to be redelivered. Is this for real??? I could have walked up the street and purchased the item.

Most of the time since there is no perfect

The delivery guy never bothers to ring your bell at your door but leaves a un delivery notice. We even caught one delivery guy at his arrival doing this. Yesterday same thing happened again, I made a complain call and was told will have the supervisor call me back by yesterday but it didn't happen. I would rate PUROLATOR exceptional, exceptional,exceptional bad. This is my first rating forever. So you know how PUROLATOR bad is.

Would like to know the delivery order schedule on the truck. For example are we the next delivery of the one the driver is doing? Like some of your competitors...

If I could give them no stars I would. Always the same lies and excuses. Because I live in a building they find every excuse just so they dont deliver my package becausectgry are LAZY. They make "attempts" yet no attempt was made.

Never ring or nock on the door to let us know that our product came. Almost got stole. Poor service!
