I think our mail service is fantastic but I don't use UPS very often but in this case I had to ship a huge check across the country and they wanted the safety of UPS tracking Unfortunately they couldn't give me a straight answer after 3 weeks even though this was overnight shipping To follow up on the claim with a nightmare between the computer system not being able to process my claim and going back to the UPS store they couldn't help me and then the phone numbers they gave me never worked so it was a complete nightmare Hopefully this is an anomaly but it just shows you when something goes wrong customer service sometimes disappears

  • All I can say is that I regret ever using this service. Still waiting for a package of 7 days, at two weeks after! This is terrible!!! I'm never coming back here
