Fabulous service. I was kept up to date daily before 9.00am each day. Estimated delivery date was 14 April 2024 . Item was delivered today at 9.15am 12 April 2024. That 2 days early and packaging did not have any damage to. Couriers respected labelling on the package which was quite large (130cm x 32cm x 4cm). Courier s were UPS (China to Botany, Sydney NSW Australia and then Australia Post Botany Sydney NSW to regional Port Macquarie NSW ) My thanks to UPS and AustPost both 5* plus performances!!

  • Package shows it’s here in Springdale and tryed to pick it up and as usual I’m told the truck isn’t here it will be here tomorrow but every time it will show out on a truck for delivery .

  • UPS has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I can't get over how bad the service is. Tracking is about as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

  • Frustrating- the info states the package started in Shrewsberry which it not but in Plymouth. I’m very concerned.
