They didnt even attempt to make the delivery before re sending to sender.according to them the package made it to a center and thats it.

I always lose my parcels and they return back to the owner they say the adress is not good while my adress is the same in all the other posts and shipping places

Quite hopeless - parcel has been stuck at the UPS depot at Croydon for over a week and it has proved impossible to elicit any response whatsoever. Avoid

Very poor delivery service. Driver don’t delivery but give fake updates of customer not being at home. Tracking system poorly updated.

Website was pretty annoying to navigate when trying to find my pickup request on my account, but can't fault the service at all. Parcel was picked up the next day, and arrived with the recipient the day after pickup, with all tracking information viewable at each stage. Very smooth

2nd time UPS delivered a parcel and doesn't buzz my unit. Just leaves package in lobby where anyone can take it. Haven't received 2 essential deliveries!

UPS is taking advantage of COVID19 to work as slowly as possible. There is simply no way the current virus situation has resulted in these wait times. This is just pure laziness with COVID as the excuse!

Parcel has been waiting since June 14 to be picked up by UPS
