  • Yesterday tracker said it was going to be delivered on Friday May 22 between 10:30 am and 2:30pm however it is now May 23 3:05 and still no delivery!!!!

  • Horrible service. Received package 2 weeks aftr delivery date. I watch my package sit at 2 different locations for 3 days each and one location was five minutes from my house. Finally the tracking app said package left warehouse thursday to be delivered to my address, only to check status later too see a message stating that an emergency will delay my delivery once again. I finally received my package on friday 2 weeks aftr original delivery date. I understand all that is going on with covid 19, but this is ridiculous. Nothing else i hv ordered on line with other shipping companies hv giving me so much horrible info, so my advice to whoever is reading this is to stay clear of UPS unless u dont mind miss information and unnecessary delays.

  • Horrible service. all 12 boxes lost for 2 days. The driver never followed the special instructions at pick up, never scanned it, the DC acknowledges they have it but never scanned it, and after 2 days if we enter the tracking number we get told you are looking for it.
