The Packing receipt doesn't have the name of the company it was being sent to.

Still waiting for a package that was shipped 3 weeks ago. Ups was at my house to drop a package for my wife wich was shipped after mine. Very terrible service. Ive had 2 different delivery dates both times no package.

Ordered packaged which was scheduled for delivery in 4 days which would’ve been Friday 5/22 only for UPS to make changes to delivery status without notification to two me package being delivered an additional 5 days. Crud!!!! Knowing Memorial Day will delay delivery bcuz UPS will be closed. You guys need to do better my mom needed her package on time not in almost 10D for a4 day delivery

Better off shipping with FedEx or Purolator if you want your shipment on time

They never come to my house I live on a main road 10 mins from there warehouse. Pay good money for them to bring me my shipments.

I’ve been waiting for delivery since Thursday. It has been sitting in barrie ups store and still waiting

Not happy my package was suppose to be here it’s not my fault your drivers can’t get to there job on time I want my package today and today is when I expect it

UPS has some very lazy employees. I got a notice from them saying they attempted to deliver my parcel twice, yet me or my wife were home the entire time and didnt hear any knock, I got no email, phone call or any kind of notice they were going to be there and I tried phoning and looking up my order number online and I got no answers other than "we cant find your order" I've had many other things that I ordered that got delivered to this place without any problems, one time I wasnt home and missed someone but they phoned me and was able to meet up. I feel like unless these lazy employees can walk right up to a front door no more than 10 feet away from them, they just say screw it and tell their shipper the person wasnt home. Since I live in an apartment complex it was too much of an inconvenience for them. Not impressed at all and will try my hardest to make sure I dont have to go through UPS again

My package has been 20 minutes away from me for 2 days yet. I cant just got pick it up or talked to anyone about why its just waiting there.

you waiting for my new phone that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday this is now Friday night and it's been delayed again sitting at at the airport I can walk there within the day or take the bus there and be there than the day but they can't deliver it so I'm paying a new rate for new phone that I don't even have you because it's out of their control

I am very upset with UPS. My daughter shipped a parcel to me more than 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I got a notice that they “missed us” but I was home at the time. I went to the UPS Access Point 2 days in a row and it isn’t there. So where the heck is it?

Me and my neighbor Connie Grammer made a order together off of Amazon for my son/her grandsons birthday presents that is on May 30 need to find out if the package will arrive on time
