Shocking service. We are moving away from this courier. They use to be good now 30% of our parcels go missing. One parcel was n e her d delivered but took 2 months to return. No compensation for the perishables. Not even for the wasted ticket.

Fastway? Absolutely useless. My initial contact with them was on 13/12 advising me they had attempted delivery & left card. No card found. I spoke to Alla on 16/12 & again on 19/12 only to be told as there was no unit number on parcel no attempt had been made.(So why the attempt, card left text?) Each time I was promised "an urgent " delivery in 1-2 days. Then I was contacted by the business in US 20/12 asking for my unit number despite having given it personally on 2 previous occasions. Still waiting for the parcel .....

Don’t actually deliver just throw a card on the doorstep and do a runner. All local deliveries just dumped at local pickup point to ensure both courier and pick up point operator get a share of the spoils.

FASTway is the biggest contradiction around as they are the slowest courier service I have ever come across, even worse than Australia Post.

Waiting since the 10th fleece bee for a Xmas present. Was told due to high volume it could not be guaranteed to arrive three days to Xmas, so arranged to pick it up from Port Melbourne depot. When I went to Port a melbourne to pick it up they had no idea of the where the parcel was, intact advised that it had not been picked up from Kogan. Was told I would receive a txt from customer service, still waiting!!!!!!!

Fastway completely failed as a courier service, I don’t think I have ever been more frustrated with a delivery company! They had my Xmas parcel on12th they stated they tried to deliver my parcel on 19th Dec I was at home I got a collect your parcel note in my letterbox! I have rung fastway 6 times assuring me it has become a priority to deliver, as it was an expensive gift for Christmas I needed it by 24th Dec it never came! I was primed it would be delivered on Sunday 22nd I waited it never came!!! It is now 30th Dec my friend has left the country without their gift!!!!! I rang again they don’t know where it is at the docking bay it has been escalated several times so they keep telling me I’ve been promised they will email me updates no emails have come through, I requested to speak to the highest manager they said he would call!!! Management NEVER contacted me!!!! This is the worst delivery service company on the Planet!! DONT USE THIS fastway COMPANY!! I will be making a formal complaint and blogging my experience so innocent people don’t get trapped and Companies will choose another delivery service!

There have been numerous occasions when the courier has apparently attempted to deliver parcels & no one was home. On all occasions I actually have been home & no one has come to the door for drop off. Very frustrating & a waste of my time to track & then pick up. Tracking is not made very easy. Will not recommend.

Parcel has not been delivered even though the courier attempted to deliver on Sat 21st December stating that no one was home. The whole family was home all day & no attempt was made to deliver. The tracking on the website has not been updated for a week & I have no idea where my package is???
